2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or engage in any form of gambling activity on jiji7. 2.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from jiji7 or from gambling activities under PAGCOR's exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an account. If you have self-excluded and attempt to circumvent that exclusion, jiji7 will close your account and return uninvested funds.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active jiji7 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or backup accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. jiji7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any information provided.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). jiji7 is required by PAGCOR to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. Full withdrawal rights require completion of KYC, which involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, SSS, GSIS, driver's license, passport) and proof of GCash or bank account ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji7 account credentials. jiji7 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to jiji7 support.
3.5 Mobile Number Verification. Registration at jiji7 requires a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. Each Philippine mobile number may be associated with only one jiji7 account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiji7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji7 does not accept deposits from accounts not in the registered player's own name.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. jiji7 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction amounts; any changes will be communicated in advance.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or pending compliance review.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit. jiji7 may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jiji7 complies with Philippine AML regulations under Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or reporting obligations.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jiji7 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. Those promotion terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games and sportsbook wagers typically contribute at rates lower than slot wagers. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
5.4 jiji7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. jiji7 also reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused bonus terms.
5.5 Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be treated as duplicate accounts under Section 3.1.
6.1 All casino games available on jiji7 are provided by certified third-party gaming studios. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are governed by independently audited RNG systems. Live dealer games use physical dealing procedures under controlled studio conditions with dedicated oversight.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, jiji7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. jiji7 will not be liable for any claimed winnings that would have resulted from a bet voided under this provision.
6.4 Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event at the time of settlement, as determined by jiji7. Where official results are unavailable, jiji7 may use widely recognized third-party sources. jiji7's settlement decisions are final subject to the dispute process in these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at jiji7 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 jiji7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
8.2 Upon closure of an account for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), jiji7 may, at its discretion, forfeit all or part of the balance held in the account. Where closure is not for cause (e.g., player-initiated closure or PAGCOR-mandated exclusion), uninvested real-money funds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after any required compliance checks are completed.
8.3 Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting jiji7 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
9.1 jiji7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion tools — all accessible from account settings.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiji7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiji7 platform, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.
11.2 jiji7's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jiji7 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. jiji7 will endeavor to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.
12.1 jiji7's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the jiji7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jiji7, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jiji7 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) in all data processing activities. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
13.1 jiji7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jiji7 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
13.3 If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the jiji7 platform and may close your account pursuant to Section 8.3. Continued use of jiji7 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
14.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jiji7 support to seek informal resolution of any dispute. jiji7 will endeavor to respond to formal disputes within ten (10) business days.
14.3 As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jiji7 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official channels.
